The book for custom home builders

SitePlumb

Organized weeks. One Plumb Truth.

One source, synced from the field to the office — photos, crews, finishes, money.

Only the first house is set up on a Zoom video chat.

The Expectation

The build should feel like a partnership.

SitePlumb is that book.

What you get

Evenings

The homeowner already has the photo. The “any update?” texts stop. Hours back every week.

Packet

You send the crew a packet — a link with dates, spec, and finishes. Add a photo later: same link. “I never got that” gets harder to say.

Calendar

If a crew is booked on two houses the same day, Needs You names both streets and the dates. You move someone before a truck is on the wrong lot.

Selections

Every finish has an allowance, a price, and a date. The $8k argument in August is a line from March.

Money

Budget, signed for, paid. Overspend shows. Invoices, then QuickBooks.

Roles

The owner sees everything, including invoices. The project manager sees the book — not the invoices. The homeowner sees the house. The crew sees the jobs.

This is the live example book. 288 Calderwood Ln is first.

Open it as the builder, the homeowner, or the crew.

7:40am · the book

The house that needs you is first.

Coming up is the week. Needs You is the shout list. Find a street finds any house.

The first hour

Assisted setup (via Zoom video call).

1 — Your company

Your name. The book is for every house you run.

2 — The first house

Street first. It lands in the book immediately.

3 — Invite people

The homeowner, a crew, the project manager. Each gets a role. Invoices stay with you.

4 — Open the book

Needs You stays empty until something actually needs you.

If you are leaving CoConstruct

We are smaller. That is the point.

No estimating. No timesheets. No 40-module setup. Selections, the homeowner, the crew packet, and a calendar that names a double-book. Onboarding is a company name, a street, and three invites — not a migration project.

Who this isn’t for.

Estimating and takeoff not yet

If you buy software mainly to win work, this is not it yet. Budgets start once you have the job.

Crew time tracking not yet

No timesheets, no clock-in. Other tools do this well and they’re cheap.

One person builds it early

Support is me. Fast fixes. No call center.
